Stuart joined Stroma in 2007 as a Sales Manager after working in managerial roles for Jewsons and an office products wholesaler to help implement new IT systems and transition company procedures to e-commerce. Whilst at Stroma, he has built a large sales team, supporting the company in driving up membership figures for its award-winning certification schemes. (more…)

Phyllis Prior-Boardman BEM BSc(Hons) CIHCM

Chief Executive and Founder

Phyllis is a British Empire Medalist for services to energy efficiency with 30 years’ experience in social housing. She has worked alongside DECC and other policy makers to shape UK Green Policy. Phyllis has a passion for promoting green growth as an Ambassador for SMEs. She sits on Government Fora with industry leaders and has been instrumental in supporting the SME sector.

Stuart Jackson

Operations Director

Stuart has 18 years of experience in IT since retiring from the British Forces in mid 90’s. As Level 3 TM44 qualified and with experience in service delivery, Stuart has many skills gained through dealing with small SME’s through to large multi-national companies. Stuart uses his skills to nurture and grow our installer base. Stuart sits on DECC’s ECO Steering Group and industry’s Energy Control Partnership to look at the future of energy.

Melissa Hall

Account Director

Melissa is an expert in compliance management and the technical monitoring of ECO. Her small team turned over £5m of ECO in just 12 weeks early 2014, which was an unprecedented achievement! The team is closely involved with our network of installers, and with the various DECC and other ECO work-groups.

Jordan Coyle

Accounting Apprentice

Jordan is our Apprentice in carbon scoring currently gaining practical experience towards achieving an accounting qualification. Jordan is supporting our accounts processes and systems while completing his business studies curriculum, as well as applying his talent for tackling complex problems in other aspects of the business.

The event will be in the Legends Lounge which is the largest function room available at St. Andrew’s, offering a generous space to host a wide variety of conferences and events. The room benefits from good natural light and features an extensive view of the city.

Getting Here

By Car

The St. Andrews stadium, in Birmingham city centre, is easily accessible by road and just a couple of minutes from junction 6 of the M6 with great connections to the M5/M42 close by. You’ll find the Aston University campus just off the Lancaster Circus roundabout and there are three car parks available which you can book and pay for online, prior to arrival. There are also electric charging points across the campus, conveniently located on or near to the car parks. The address and postcode for your sat nav is: Cattell Rd, Birmingham, West Midlands, B9 4RL.

By Train

Within Birmingham city centre there are three train stations you may arrive into: Birmingham New Street (National Routes), Moor Street (Regional Routes) and Snow Hill (Both). You can then catch a train service to Bordesley station which is less than half a mile from St Andrew’s which will leave you with a walking distance of around 10 minutes.
